1) Program Description

If you opt in, CaliberFix may send you SMS messages related to your sliding door, patio door, screen door, glass, window, or related repair service request, including, as applicable:

• Confirmation that your service request has been received
• Follow up messages and responses to your inquiry

• Appointment confirmations with the service provider assigned to your request

CaliberFix SMS messages are intended to support your service request and related customer care. They are not intended for unrelated third party marketing.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from CaliberFix by providing your mobile phone number on our website and affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox on the quote or service request form. You may also opt in by providing verbal consent during a phone intake call.

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from CaliberFix unless you opt in again.
